295.8 Hz is an audio frequency that is believed to help burn your body fat.

Some holistic healers claim that listening to 295.8 Hz audio can help you burn calories without doing anything.

You can find this audio on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music.

But does 295.8 Hz audio help you lose weight?

The answer is no, at least there is no scientific proof.

However, some music can help you to lose weight by elevating your mood.

Evidence has shown that music can promote endorphins hormone production, which is also known as “feel good” hormone. It is released after prolonged exercise, dancing, laughter, excitement, and stress.

Endorphin hormone also helps reduce your emotional eating tendencies.

Uplifting music can also improve your exercise performance by increasing your stamina and putting you in a better mood.

But there is no scientific proof that specifically says 295.8 Hz audio is helpful for weight loss.

Some people claim that they reduce their waistline after listening to 295.8 Hz regularly. This is actually a visual change which is temporary.

However, you can listen to 295.8 Hz audio while eating to reduce food intake.
